Colette Davis has worked in primary education for over 20 years in the UK, Dubai and Hong Kong. Over the last 15 years, she has specialised in Inclusive Education and has a Masters in Leadership in Inclusive Education. Her school-based role has broadened from inclusion to DEI, Wellbeing of both staff and students and safeguarding.
Colette has been at Beacon Hill School for the last 10 years developing a school-wide approach towards inclusive education for all and developing whole school approaches to support social and emotional education and promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. A large part of the role involves collaborating with therapists, psychologists, and colleagues who work across the schools and at the ESF centre.
With extensive expertise in education, counselling, safeguarding, and wellbeing, Tracey is dedicated to creating secure and nurturing environments for learners to thrive. Over her 25-year career, she has developed a deep understanding of mental health, child protection, suicide prevention, and wellbeing. In her role at the English Schools Foundation (ESF), she advises and oversees high-level student support cases, providing expert guidance to senior leaders and staff. Tracey facilitates case reviews, designs and delivers training, and collaborates with internal and external practitioners to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students. Tracey is committed to the holistic development and safety of all students.
