Born and raised in Germany Christine studied special needs education in Cologne, Germany after she has finished school (2001-2006). After her two year teacher training (2006-2008) she was teaching at a primary school in an inclusive setting, followed by a position in a special needs school from where she moved to Hong Kong in 2014 to her current position.
Strategies to build strong relationships with students as the foundation for all learning
In this presentation, attendees will get to know strategies and tools to build strong and professional relationships with students. They will learn how to gain trust and it’s importance for students ability to learn. This includes classroom management skills but also the importance of the teachers own personality and influence on students. We will talk about research and also get engaged in some discussion and preparing.
During this workshop participants will:

with their students to build strong relationships, founded on trust and respect.
They can start making changes in their behaviour tomorrow.
